Panic Ease is out now on the App Store. I made it for moments when panic or anxiety makes it difficult to think clearly. Tap Help Me Now and it gives you something simple to see, touch or follow.
It includes tactile and visual exercises, grounding prompts, guided breathing, focus puzzles and a Ride It tool for staying with the sensations rather than fighting them.
You can save the things that help to your Panic Kit, use optional check-ins and read clear, evidence-informed explanations when you have more time. It works offline, needs no account and has no advertising or tracking.
Panic Ease comes from my own experience with panic and anxiety. It is a support and educational tool, not a replacement for professional healthcare.
